The Woman Behind Fertility Fight Club
I created Fertility Fight Club because I know how lonely the fertility journey can feel.
When I first experienced infertility, I didn't tell anyone. I felt ashamed, as though my body was failing me at the one thing I thought it was supposed to do.
As someone who was used to setting goals, making plans, and working hard to achieve them, struggling with something I couldn't control was incredibly difficult.
I wanted answers. I wanted a plan. I wanted to understand what was happening and what I could do next.
When I finally started opening up, I realized how much it mattered to stop carrying everything in silence.
As a fertility coach and holistic nutritionist with over 10 years of experience helping people explore ways to support their fertility, I created Fertility Fight Club to bring education, practical strategies, expert guidance, and community together in one place.
But more than anything, I wanted to create a space where you could feel understood.
