Fertility Recipe Notes:
Leftovers? Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. These make great fertility lunchbox options!
No peaches? Swap in antioxidant-rich apricots or nectarines.
Using wooden skewers? Soak in water for 30 minutes beforehand to avoid burning.
For vegetarians this works beautifully with tempeh or firm tofu instead of chicken—still packed with protein and phytonutrients.
